applicants from the largest possible pool. We pre-screen every
candidate for skill requirements including math tests, and
any other tests you may require. We pre-screen for personality
fit, taking the time to talk with each individual. We’ll
complete drug screens, criminal checks, or any other pre-employment
screen required to seamlessly match your company policies.
After assessment, we prepare each candidate with a thorough
job description and instructions for their assignment at your
site. We give them a sense of what they will see and what
will be expected of them. And we get their commitment to be

complete knowledge and control over the entire process. |
Now the real work begins. We coordinate the arrival of the
employees to mesh with your production floor. You will have
access to an on-site coordinator when needed. You will be
