Customer Relationship Manager - Position Responsibilities

  1. Prospect, identify, and develop staffing business with new customers... 
  2. Develop new leads and research new business potential by cold-calling, networking with industry and community contacts, asking for referrals, etc.  
  3. Conduct consultative sales calls with customers and potential customers and introduce them to the value of SourcePoint Staffing.
  4. Work effectively with skilled recruitment team including Recruiting Specialists and Recruting Assistants, demonstrating leadership through example and results.
  5. Demonstrate at all times the values of SourcePoint Staffing and a commitment to the customer.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors' Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in a consultative business-to-business environment, developing new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Strong presentation skills, both content development and delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Excellent telephone prospecting skills
  • Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills

 

Recruiting Specialist - Position Responsibilities

  1. Source, screen, interview and assess fit of candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs 
  2. Develop new potential candidate sources by cold-calling, networking with industry and community contacts, asking for referrals, etc.  
  3. Conduct effective, behavioral-based interviews with candidates and introduce them to the value of SourcePoint Staffing.
  4. Work effectively with skilled recruitment team including Customer Relationship Manager and Recruting Assistants, demonstrating team commitment through communication and results.
  5. Demonstrate at all times the values of SourcePoint Staffing and a commitment to the customer.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors' Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experience directly managing a team, including full hiring, training, and daily supervision authority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong personnel assessment and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
